Description: Scapa 274 Double Coated Cloth Carpet Tape is a woven cotton cloth, coated with an aggressive natural rubber adhesive on the liner side, and coated with a less adhesive rubber adhesive on the exposed side which is specially formulated for clean removal from substrates. The product is supplied on an easy-release polyethylene liner. Differentially coated double-sided cloth tape is primarily used in the convention industry for temporarily laying of carpet on tile and other flooring; carpet installation where a more aggressive adhesive is required; temporary mounting for assembly or machining operations; and for print plate mounting. The aggressive adhesive on Scapa 274's liner side is especially suited for adhesion to carpet, while the adhesive on the exposed side leaves no residue upon removal.
