An upright, lightweight, campact scarifier.   Removes up to 8" wide.   Weighing only 120 lbs. 47"x14"x42", it is easy to maneuver.   Tri-wheel eradicators allow operator to tip machine back as well as tilt from side to side when moving.   Easy to operate.   Adjustable handle bar.   Easy access depth control lever.   Vacuum port.   Comes fully assembled.   Includes a 8041 Heavy Duty Drum Assembly.   Cutter drums work on concrete, asphalt and steel surface applications.  Working speed is approximately 1050 lineal feet per hour.   Removable slide plate for quick and easy drum changing.   1-1/2 HP motor.   Inquire for additional information.

30-MHS-22 MANNINGTON HIGH GLOSS URETHANE SEALER KIT

MHS 22 sealer (two-part seam sealer) is designed for Mannington products with high-gloss urethane-based wearlayers.  There is no substitute sealer available.  A properly sealed seam will be as strong as the surface of the floor covering and will remain intact for the life of the floor.  The new Versatile Sealing Tip (VST-96) is included in this kit. 

Follow the installation instructions on the package.  Any unused MHS 22 cannot be saved for reuse.  One kit of MHS 22 will seal approximately 70 lineal feet of seams. This is a flammable liquid.  Do not use near heat, sparks, pilot lights, fire, or other open flames.
